Clara Schulmann and Timea Junghaus were commissioned by M HKA to explore the practice of Pauline Curnier Jardin in greater depth and to write about specific aspects of her work from their respective perspectives. 

Clara Schulmann, a scholar in film studies, author, and critic, explores the relationship between cinema and Pauline Curnier Jardin’s practice. Curator and art historian Tímea Junghaus, Director of the European Roma Cultural Foundation, focuses on the notions of group and gathering that are central to the artist’s commitment.
